An affordable approach to staging a home using your own furnishings
Have I mentioned before how I love the spring and summer months in Spokane? After a long, cold winter, I truly appreciate how green and beautiful the landscape gets! I love spending time in the yard – just enjoying being outside is such a treat! Here are a few pictures of our back yard, where we love spending as much time as possible during the warm summer months!
Painting a piece of furniture in your home is a really quick and inexpensive way to completely change up a look! It’s amazing what a little paint can do to redefine a piece of furniture you already own! As seen from the photos below, the barn red cabinets were nice, however, I absolutely love the black and wish I would have painted the cabinets black a long time ago!

I had the opportunity to help these new homeowners settle into their new home! Fun day and totally productive! After completing the job, the homeowner told me she had never lived in such a pretty home! This is why I love what I do!

My new clients had already purchased some really nice furniture and owned a few accessories, but just didn’t quite know what to do with them or how to pull it altogether. I hear that a lot! They know what they like but don’t know how to achieve the overall look! So, after some discussion, I had a good idea of how to move forward, using what they already owned, and figure out what we needed to purchase, in order to make their new house become “their forever” home!

I found this canoe in clients dining room. I suggested we put it in the family room where it fit with the style and theme of the room. Better!
