Latest design jobs!

I’ve recently just finished up five design/staging jobs – two in Oregon and three in Spokane! Here are just a few of the before and after photos! Homes sold within days and far above asking price!

Still a work in progress, but it’s getting there!

I found this lovely piece in client’s bedroom – much more fitting for a dining room!

Living Room & Dining Room Makeover

I’ve had so much fun the last two days rearranging and redecorating this living room and dining room. My client was the sweetest and loved, loved, loved how everything turned out. Here’s a few of the before and after photos that I took! I love my job! And, my clients!

Sometimes all it takes is a little decluttering to really make your existing furniture look better! Less can be more!

Decluttering!

Still decluttering!

After decluttering, we added a few new, colorful pillows, a couple of new lamps, and added a fiddle leaf tree in the corner of the room which helped tie the rooms altogether for one cohesive style, color, and flow!

I couldn’t be happier with the end results! I’m happy and my client is beyond thrilled with how the rooms look now!

A Whole New Look!

I love repurposing furniture, “tweeking” it a little bit, just to give it a different look! Well, I was given this day bed and liked it how it was – brass and rod iron, however, I thought if I painted it black it would give it a whole new look and be a little more of the style that I like in my own home. I’ve posted another bed in my home that I painted black as well. This just gives you an idea on what you can do with some outdated beds! A little sandpaper, a few cans of spray paint and a little time. Done!!!

This daybed was a little outdated for my taste and style, so updating it with some black spray paint did the job! I love how the black pops against the lighter colored walls and the lighter colored quilt and pillows!

After photos of daybed sprayed with black paint!

I’ve posted this bed before, but I wanted to show you an example of what a little black paint can do to an “older” brass and rod iron bed. I wish I was a better photographer and could really capture how cute this room really is! It’s one of my favorite rooms in my house!
