I’m so excited to let you know that the home I just finished staging just sold! It was put on the market on Friday and by Saturday night it had sold for $35,000.00 over the asking price! I am so thrilled for my clients! They were so much fun to work with and I wish them all the best in their new adventures!
Staging a home to sell can make all the difference in the world!
I had the opportunity this week to stage an entire home for a wonderful family! Here are just a few pictures of some of the changes that we made. The home is in a great neighborhood and really pretty on the inside as well as the outside – we just needed to warm it up a bit! Take a look!

Client had a wonderful craftsman style cabinet behind her love seat (you can see the back of it in the above picture) which we moved to the dining room wall.
